The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

1. Scope

These terms and conditions, in the version valid at the time of the order, apply exclusively to the business relationship between Xbyte Technikhandel (the “Seller”) and the customer.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button you place a binding order for the goods in your basket. The purchase contract is concluded upon our order confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are subject to statutory VAT plus any applicable shipping costs. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Information on delivery times and shipping costs can be found on the Delivery Information page.

5. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, please contact us immediately.

7. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
